Reflective learning
In this lecture on 12th February, our lecturer gave us examples of what types of questions we should be asking our chosen business so that we are collecting the correct information to work from. These questions would give us answers that would help us to outline how exactly the business operates and what specific solutions there are to improve the business. The lecture also consisted of information about infrastructure and services of a business so that we could incorporate these solutions into our own analysis.
Teamwork
I was not able to attend the seminar for this week, so I had asked my fellow group members to update me and give me information about the information they had collected and any other work that they had done. I was sent an audio recording of the interview conducted with the business owner, so I have written my own ideas about possible solutions for the business that I can share with my group members.
